About Us
Philosophy and Mission
We believe that the facility should promote quality service to all patients, while keeping them informed and updated as to all procedures and processes.
We believe that assessment and plans of care to meet the psychological, physiological and sociological needs of the patient undergoing surgical intervention are essential to each patient’s recovery and return to a normal social environment.
We believe that a safe, comfortable environment for the patients, family member and staff members is essential.
We believe that patients have the right to expect a reasonable response to pain. Patients and their caregivers shall be educated about pain management and pain control.
We believe that teaching and supervising the para-nursing personnel in developing knowledge and skills in ambulatory surgery technology is important to the patient’s safety and recovery.
We believe that a continuous program of in-service education for all nursing personnel is essential in providing quality care and continuing staff development.
We believe in providing care at minimal costs, that patients are to be apprised of the costs, and that patients experience as little psychological, emotional and/or physical trauma as possible.
We will perform annual patient outcome studies to determine the degree to which we are meeting our mission, goals and objectives.
